Lecturers’ Perceptions About the Implementation of Functions of Head of Higher Education

The purpose of this study is to describe the lecturers’ perceptions implementation functions chairman STKIP Abdi Pendidikan in terms administrators and managers. This type research quantitative using descriptive methods. population also sample, which consists 36 lecturers educational staff. instrument a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity reliability. results showed lecturer’s perception chairperson’s function was good category with an average score 3.87. chairman’s manager 3.83. So, administrator head YAP 3.85.
